During these 16 years I have studied, practiced, and taught herbal medicine, nutrition, and other holistic therapies, which I’m willing to share with you in a very practical, useable way. Each week during the programme, you’ll be adding in new habits and practices in a step-by-step manner, to build up a system of self-care that fits with your values, preferences and lifestyle. As there is no ‘one size fits all’ health and lifestyle plan, we help you to design one that works for you using principles and practices that have been tried and tested over many years. Results from previous participants prove that this programme works! We consistently see significant improvements in energy levels, happiness, general wellbeing, confidence and self-esteem, and our ladies report a greater sense of control over their health and wellbeing. Most participants lost body fat, gained or maintained muscle mass, improved their cellular health, and their metabolic age went down! Weight loss is generally between 3 and 12 kg, with continued improvements after the programme has finished. Starting Tuesday 13th September 2016, we’re running the 12 week programme at the Vibrant Health Centre with a 2 hour class each week from 7 – 9 pm. All notes, worksheets and resources will be printed for you prior to each session.
This 12 week programme is normally valued at $1497 as an attendance programme, and for a limited time we’re offering it an Early Bird price of only $799! Helen’s course lived up to its name, ‘Enlighten Me’. Boy was I enlightened! There were many light bulb moments throughout the challenge. The science behind how our body responds to the food we eat and exercise we do was made simple and easy to understand. I was able to pinpoint the reasons why I was holding onto the weight around my middle and when I tweaked my diet and followed the simple steps we were given, I lost 2cm within two weeks.
